We love the process of seeing a project through its lifecycle - from an initial concept and idea through to its implementation on site and evaluation.

We are experienced in undertaking all parts of project development - from ideation, feasibility, scoping and business planning, through to writing briefs, assembling funding, engaging and co-designing with stakeholders, procuring and managing consultants and overseeing delivery and evaluation.

We have experience of working at different scales - from a site specific intervention through to a sub-regional scale, developing and delivering temporary, trial and permanent projects.

We are experienced fundraisers for capital projects - we have a strong track record in securing funding from statutory agencies, philanthropic trusts and charitable grant giving organisations.

We enjoy working with end-users to help shape our projects and are experienced in stakeholder engagement and co-design to ensure that projects are responsive to local needs.
