Working at consultancy The Means, Valerie developed the Welcoming Public Spaces action plan for the newly established Opportunity Kensington BID.

She worked closely with local stakeholders, including the local authority, landowners, businesses and residents, we established an ambitious and deliverable vision and strategy for the BID area. This was underpinned by the scoping of a suite of public realm and green infrastructure projects that can be delivered over time.

Early projects are now being progressed by Opportunity Kensington through their five-year business plan.
